Delivery
Each shop sets its own delivery fee, coverage area and pickup instructions. You will see them before you confirm an order.
Delivery or pickup
At checkout you choose between delivery to your address and collecting the order from the shop. Shops that offer pickup show their collection instructions on the confirmation screen.
Fees
Delivery fees are set by the shop and shown as a separate line before you place the order. A shop may also apply a discount to online orders — that is applied to the same summary.
Who delivers
Shops either deliver themselves or assign the order to a rider they work with. Once a rider is assigned, the tracking page shows the order moving through fulfilment.
Following your order
Every order gets a tracking code. Use it to track an order at any time — no account needed. If something looks wrong, contact the shop directly using the details on their storefront.
