How to buy safely

Before you pay

• Check the shop’s storefront page — its rating, how long it has been on Fooren, and its contact details.
• Read the item condition. Brand new, used, local used and foreign used mean different things and are priced differently.
• Confirm the delivery fee and pickup instructions before you place the order, not after.
• Ask the shop directly if anything in the listing is unclear. Their phone and email are on the storefront.

Paying

Pay through the checkout, or in person on collection. Be cautious of anyone asking you to send money outside the order — Fooren cannot help trace a payment it never saw.

Never share

• Your mobile money PIN. No shop and no Fooren staff member will ever ask for it.
• Sign-in codes sent to your email. They are for you alone.

After you order

You will get a tracking code — track your order with it at any time, no account needed. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact the shop first; refunds and returns explains how that works.
