Refunds & returns
Fooren is a marketplace: every order is fulfilled by the shop you bought from, and that shop sets its own returns terms.
Who handles your return
The shop named on your receipt is the seller of record. Start any return or refund with them directly — their phone number and email are listed on their storefront page.
What to have ready
- Your tracking code, or the receipt number from your order.
- The item and quantity you want to return, and why.
- The payment method you used, if the order was paid online.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Orders paid on delivery or in person are refunded by the shop directly. Timing depends on your bank or mobile money provider.
Tracking your order first
If an order simply has not arrived yet, check its progress before requesting a refund — you can track an order with the code from your confirmation message.
